Hi, I’m Caroline! In addition to being a mom, I’m also a longtime nutrition + early childhood development expert.Â
When it was time to start solids with my own baby, I was shocked by how complicated it felt—even with my decade of experience in early childhood development. From the time my son enjoyed his first banana, I knew I wanted to raise him to love real, wholesome food.
